What we collect
When you submit the "Book the audit" form, we collect exactly what the form asks for: your company name, your name, your work email, your team size, and anything you choose to write about your AI stack or concerns. We do not collect anything else through this site: no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.
We also record a one-way cryptographic hash of the IP address a submission came from, purely to throttle automated abuse of the form. That hash cannot be reversed back into your IP address, and we never store the address itself.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your audit request and to have a conversation about the engagement. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Submission records are kept until the engagement question they relate to is resolved, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
- You can ask what we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time.

Security
Submissions are stored in a database with encryption at rest and access restricted to the Embedded Evals team. We don't consider any system unhackable, and we don't claim ours is either. We apply layered, industry-standard safeguards and keep the data we hold to the minimum this form actually needs.
